- Oversee and manage laboratory operations at the stationed lab and QC labs in Jubail and Yanbu.
- Ensure compliance with established protocols, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to Saudi Aramco and the Ministry, detailing laboratory test results.
- Maintain and update the portal-dashboard for the fuel marker, ensuring real-time and accurate data representation.
- Monitor and address any discrepancies in the portal information.
- Collaborate with the customs lab to coordinate analysis results and ensure seamless information flow.
- Establish effective communication channels to facilitate efficient collaboration.
- Monitor laboratory test results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Assess the need for any retesting or validation procedures, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and standards applicable to laboratory testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- 2-3 years experience in laboratory supervision, particularly in the fuel testing domain.
- Familiarity with ARAMCO quality parameters and testing protocols.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and data management systems.
