Rigger Level 1 ( Rigging supervisor)

• Supervise and coordinate rigging operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Plan and schedule rigging activities, allocating resources and manpower to meet project requirements
• Inspect and maintain rigging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards
• Train and mentor rigging crews, providing guidance and support to improve their skills and performance
• Coordinate with other departments and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Monitor rigging performance and quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures
• Maintain accurate records of rigging activities, including inspection reports, maintenance records, and equipment certifications
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in rigging technology and industry best practices

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in rigging operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of rigging equipment, techniques, and industry standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications and engineering drawings
• Certifications in rigging, such as NCCCO or ITI, are highly preferred
• Good physical condition and ability to work in demanding and challenging environments
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
