- Supervise and coordinate rigging operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Plan and schedule rigging activities, allocating resources and manpower to meet project requirements
- Inspect and maintain rigging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards
- Train and mentor rigging crews, providing guidance and support to improve their skills and performance
- Coordinate with other departments and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Monitor rigging performance and quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures
- Maintain accurate records of rigging activities, including inspection reports, maintenance records, and equipment certifications
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in rigging technology and industry best practices
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in rigging operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of rigging equipment, techniques, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret project specifications and engineering drawings
- Certifications in rigging, such as NCCCO or ITI, are highly preferred
- Good physical condition and ability to work in demanding and challenging environments
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
