- Review and analyze project documentation and specifications to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify quality and safety issues
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement corrective action plans
- Monitor and track quality and safety performance indicators
- Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding quality and safety assurance practices
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in quality management and HSE assurance within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of quality and safety assurance systems and processes
- Experience in conducting inspections and audits
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Certifications in quality management and HSE assurance are a plus
- Proficiency in Arabic and English Spoken and written.
