Job description:
- A customer service employee is required to work for a car rental company in Riyadhmission:
- Receiving customers and dealing with their inquiries and requirements related to car rental
- Preparing leasing contracts, filling out the necessary forms, and documenting personal information, payment and guarantee details
- Organizing car deliveries and pick-ups between customers and specific branches or locations
- Tracking inventory movement, providing required vehicles to customers, and organizing regular maintenance and repairs for vehicles
- Dealing with any problems or complaints that may arise during the rental period, and working to solve them in a professional and quick manner
- Monitoring payment operations and collecting money owed from customers, and ensuring that the required fees and insurances are collected
Requirements:
- Secondary qualification or higher
- Sufficient experience in customer service
- Full Time
