- Enter and update opportunity data and run reports.
- Communicate with technical staff regarding status updates.
- Develop the proposal preparation schedule.
- Perform analysis, interpretation and outline of the RFP.
- Develop the Bid Planning Matrix.
- Coordinate and conduct the proposal kick-off meeting.
- Ensure compliance with the RFP.
- Oversee the development of the graphic theme in line with the brand.
- Oversee and contribute to the preparation of proposal sections, as needed.
- Develop the proposal fee schedule/s, various pricing models, cashflow and profitability analysis in line with internal and client requirements, in collaboration with local and international teams and for review by Finance Director.
- Edit proposal content to ensure quality, consistency, prevent omissions, and identify contradictions and inaccuracies.
- Manage the compilation of the proposal in the correct format as requested by the client prior to submission in collaboration with the proposals team.
- Perform and oversee the final quality check to ensure consistency, prevent omissions, and identify contradictions and inaccuracies.
- Provide all information as required for all internal review processes.
- Coordinate on-time proposal delivery.
- Manage completion of quality work on time, within brand guidelines, and report status of projects to supervisors.
- Seek input proactively and search out content from others.
- Attend and participate in meetings to understand needs/scope of tasks assigned.
- Maintain global and local content management databases to ensure that accurate, up to date information is readily available for efficient development of proposals.
- Successfully juggle multiple task and priorities, marrying short time frames with high-quality work
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, finance, marketing, communications, or business administration.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the same industry.
- Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication. Ability to edit and write content in English. Proficiency in Arabic language an advantage but not essential.
- Demonstrated proficiency in keyboard skills and a working knowledge of MS Windows and related software for desktop publishing, graphics, word processing, spreadsheets, database management, and client presentations is required.
- Advanced level skills in Excel and financial modelling and reporting are a requirement.
- Experience using InDesign software application would be preferred.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Strong team working capabilities.
- A proactive approach, working effectively in coordinating activities and complex tasks, taking professional responsibility in all matters.
- A flexible approach to working with occasional evening and weekend work if required.
- Previous and/or current experience in KSA (Riyadh), preferred.
