- Create and maintain technical documentation, including operation manuals, system specifications, and user guides.
- Assist in the transition of digital solutions from development to operational support, facilitating knowledge transfer.
- Monitor and troubleshoot web applications, providing timely solutions to technical issues.
- Provide operational support for digital services, leveraging strong experience in this area.
- Collaborate with the Digital Solutions team to understand and document existing services, offering technical support as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital platforms and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core, SQL Server development, and a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development frameworks.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Availability to work on-call as required.
