- Develop and implement a comprehensive contract administration and compliance management framework.
- Review service provider performance to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Maintain a contract database and provide support in optimising procurement processes for operational alignment and business continuity.
- Manage the contracts financially and control the budget.
- Identify, monitor and report on risks.
- Support the management and mitigation of risks at all levels (operational, financial, commercial, technical, etc.).
- Provide day to day commercial support to the client and operation management teams.
- Taking a key role in the management of contractual claims / disputes with clients and other third parties.
- Conduct contract audits and support with internal audits to ensure compliance with bylaws and guidelines.
- Advise on additions, omissions, and variations to the contract scope.
- Develop and propose procurement strategies tailored to client's organizational objectives.
- Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts.
- Support in the preparation of RFPs/ RFQs documentation and all tendering process until awarding.
- Manage commercial team and provide them all required support.
- Ensure maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Monitor the implementation of signed contracts.
- Prepare reports for senior management and client as appropriate.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
- 10 years of experience in commercial management, 5 years of them in FM industry.
- Capable of professionally managing confidential information
- Demonstrates the highest ethical standards when dealing with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Advanced negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting, legal and contract management, and financial/budgeting processes
- Confidence and commitment to providing a high quality, professional service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Uses initiative to resolve unexpected situations and requirements.
- Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Familiarity with government contracting regulations.
