- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, insurers, and other business partners
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of claims to clients and insurers
- Review and approve settlement payments within designated authority levels
- Monitor claim reserves to ensure accuracy and adequacy
- Conduct regular claim reviews with clients to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to claims handlers to ensure quality and timely resolution of claims
- Stay updated on local laws and regulations related to claims handling
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Risk Management and Legal, to provide claims-related support and advice
- Prepare and present claims reports to senior management and clients as neededQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in claims management, preferably in a multinational company or insurance brokerage
- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to claims handling
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and make sound decisions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software
- Professional certifications in claims management or insurance are a plus
