- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP HCM Payroll configuration.
- Configure and customize SAP HCM Payroll based on client requirements.
- Perform end-to-end testing and support user acceptance testing for payroll processes.
- Provide production support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM Payroll-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM Payroll functionalities and ensure compliance with legal and statutory regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP HCM Payroll.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll configuration and processes.
- Experience with SAP HCM Payroll integration with other SAP modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
