- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes and system functionalities.
- Design and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to address client needs, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and other modules.
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on client requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
- Develop comprehensive functional design documents, including specifications for system customization and integration.
- Lead or assist in system testing activities, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide training and support to client stakeholders, including end-users, administrators, and managers.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including system configurations, business processes, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM projects.
- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM product updates, new features, and industry trends to provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, professionalism, and responsiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong functional knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation modules.
- Experience with system testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Oracle Fusion HCM certification is a plus.
