JOB DUTIES STATEMENTS:Duties and Responsibilities:1-Owns the on-boarding process for all employees,2-Enters the Candidate ID and Personal Information into the Oracle system including the Medical Record Number from theMedical Record file opened.3-Enter the Salary Information (Salary and Payment Method) on Oracle4-Handled the medical insurance (phone & car park if need )5-Insure the complete File to scan it to save on smart scan6-Ensure Sent welcome email to the new Joiner7-Communicates joining requirements to new starters and confirms start dates to hire manager8-Ensures to create an email address from IT Department9-Enter the position and the line manager name10-Ensues the new joiner sign all the decants as(contract ,JD,JA)11-Arranges all on-boarding flights and new joiner temporary accommodation12-Issues the new employee hospital ID13-Assists the new joiner on the ‘First Day’ and Corporate for inductions when required.14-Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.Other Job Functions:1-Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.2-Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care.3-Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.4-Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.5-Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor Degree of Business & Administration or any related discipline to HumanResources Management3 years’ experience in a human resource field preferredFluency in written and spoken English. Arabic language skills desirable
