JOB DUTIES STATEMENTS:Duties and Responsibilities:1. Receives CV’s from multiple sources including, agencies, job sites, walk in and through the I recruitment system2. Reviews and screens CV’s for education and experience and matches them to exiting vacancies3. Screens candidates for issues that might impact iqama issue SCFHS and MOH Licensure status4. Forwards CV’s to the Direct Report of the area with the vacancy for review and shortlisting and coordinates feedback5. Sets up interviews with the shortlisted candidates6. Establishes ongoing communication with the successful candidates successful to ensure all documentation for internal approvals and letters of offer are available7. Prepares internal approvals and letters of offer for CEO signature8. Forwards letters of officer to candidates and acts as a liaison between the candidate, the Direct Report and the HR Director until offer is accepted9. Liaises with locally hired candidates in order to complete medical checkups and to initiate iqama transfer if applicable10. Prepares Contracts and coordinates attestation processes11. Ensures visa are assigned and that all government requirements are coordinated for visa releasing12. Liaises with international agencies to organize all processes for document attestation and visa stamping13. Coordinates mobilization requirements, ticketing, meet and greet and accommodation needs14. Greets new candidates on first day of hire and receives the original certificates from the candidate in order to submit them to MOH & SCHS if applicable15. Enters the Candidate ID and Personal Information into the OASIS system including the Medical Record Number from the Medical Record file opened during the medical examination16. Issues the new employee ID17. Introduces candidates to Department18. Acts as a point of contact throughout the recruitment process for the candidates under his/her assigned portfolio19. Answers questions and provides information to the candidate to facilitate informed decision making20. Communicates potential recruitment issues with candidates to Unit Manger or HR Director21. Ensures recruitment office acts as the gatekeeper in terms of selection of suitable candidates22. Prepares reports and presentations as required.23. Other duties related to the role and the mission and vision of the hospital as assigned24. Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.QualificationsJOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:Education:Bachelor Degree of Business & Administration or any related discipline to HumanResources ManagementExperience:3 years’ experience in a human resource field preferredLanguage:Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic language skills desirableRequired Licenses:N/A
