- Will be responsible for processing work visas and relocation for new hires.
- Assist HR Director with health insurance renewal and other insurance renewals.
- Track employees' time off and attendance.
- Manage company requirements with the Ministry of commerce, Ministry of HRD, Ministry of foreign affairs, customs, and others in Saudi Arabia.
- Work on Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Taqaat, MOL, medical insurance & CHI, Absher, and all the website/portals for governmental requirements.
- Processing salaries and end of service.
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support in other HR functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of general HR experience.
- Experience working through the work authorization and visa administration process.
- Familiarity with national and provincial employment laws and regulations.
- Past experience in working in a tech startup is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
