Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our team.If you are looking to kickstart your career in HR, this is the place to be. Due to the diversity of responsibilities of the role, the ideal candidate will be a competent and resourceful individual with a passion for HR.The goal is to ensure the HR department's operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.Responsibilities:
  • Will be responsible for processing work visas and relocation for new hires.
  • Assist HR Director with health insurance renewal and other insurance renewals.
  • Track employees' time off and attendance.
  • Manage company requirements with the Ministry of commerce, Ministry of HRD, Ministry of foreign affairs, customs, and others in Saudi Arabia.
  • Work on Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Taqaat, MOL, medical insurance & CHI, Absher, and all the website/portals for governmental requirements.
  • Processing salaries and end of service.
  • Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support in other HR functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of general HR experience.
  • Experience working through the work authorization and visa administration process.
  • Familiarity with national and provincial employment laws and regulations.
  • Past experience in working in a tech startup is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
