- Develop and implement a comprehensive Saudization strategy to increase the percentage of Saudi nationals within the workforce.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify roles suitable for Saudization and create targeted recruitment plans.
- Regularly assess and report on Saudization progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Oversee and actively participate in HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) programs to leverage available resources for talent development.
- Identify and recommend HRDF initiatives that align with organizational needs and contribute to skill enhancement and career development.
- Ensure compliance with HRDF guidelines and optimize the utilization of funds for training and development programs.
- Develop and implement robust succession planning programs to identify and groom internal talent for key positions.
- Collaborate with department heads to create talent pipelines that align with Saudization goals and long-term workforce planning.
- Lead recruitment efforts, focusing on attracting and retaining talents.
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure that job descriptions and requirements align with Saudization objectives.
- Implement creative and effective recruitment strategies to tap into local talent pools.
- Design and implement training programs that enhance the skills and competencies of the employees.
- Leverage HRDF programs to support employee development initiatives and ensure maximum utilization of available resources.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government entities.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and proactively adjust talent management strategies to comply with evolving policies.
- Develop and enhance the organization's employer brand, showcasing it as an employer of choice for talents.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create targeted employer branding campaigns that highlight the company's commitment to Saudization and employee development.
- Utilize social media platforms and other communication channels to amplify the employer brand and attract top local talent.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA can be an advantage.
- +12 years of proven work experience in talent management, human resources, or a related field, with a focus on FMCG or similar industries and 5 years in the managerial level.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing talent strategies and programs.
- Professional certifications in HR or talent management (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent) can be an advantage.
- Ability to navigate organizational change, especially in a dynamic industry like FMCG
