Salla, a leading company in the Information Technology and Services industry, is seeking a talented and driven Tech Lead to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong understanding of software development, and excellent leadership skills.As Tech Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our technology roadmap and driving innovation across the organization.The Tech Lead will work closely with stakeholders across the company, including our product, design, and engineering teams to help build world-class digital products.You should have a deep understanding of current trends and emerging technologies and be able to balance technical considerations with business needs.Responsibilities

Lead the development team (squad), ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
Collaborate closely with the engineering manager, and other engineering teams to plan, design, and implement new features and enhancements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, promoting best practices in Laravel and other relevant technologies.
Conduct code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code and adherence to established coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing the platform for performance and efficiency.
Assist in architecting and implementing integrations with third-party APIs and services.
Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in web application development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Laravel.
Solid understanding of PHP, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
Proven experience in building and scaling e-commerce or SaaS platforms.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Comfortable with version control systems, preferably Git.
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.
Experience with AWS or other cloud-based infrastructure is a plus.
