Digital Solutions Manager

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand needs and identify opportunities for digital transformation
• Acting as the link between the business and Technology department and vendors
• Working closely with Procurement department to identify and select appropriate off-the shelf solutions where necessary
• Designing platforms that will be utilised by clients
• Ensuring timely development/customisation and implementation of digital solutions
• Working closely with technology teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet stakeholder expectations and business objectives
• Seeking opportunities to introduce innovation, emerging technologies and best practices in logistics technology
• User acceptance testing (UAT)
• Providing user training for digital solutions
• Application support; ensuring stability of Digital Solutions
• Recruitment and management of team
• Analysis of systems performance and usage
• Data analytics and reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in delivering Digital Solutions within the Logistics/Transportation industry
• Ideally working in a large Logistics company, or technology consultancy focusing on Logistics solutions
• Strong knowledge of vendors and available solutions in the market
• Strong understanding of logistics and transportation processes
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• Based in/willing to relocate to Riyadh
