- Oversee external agencies in the execution of research projects.
- Identify optimal methodologies and supervise the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize research data to proactively identify business opportunities and garner internal support for their implementation.
- Communicate analysis and recommendations effectively through presentations and written reports.
- Lead collaborative projects across functions that impact business KPIs.
- Manage mystery shopping initiatives to glean insights into market and competitor behavior.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in data analytics, market research, business administration, or related fields.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
- Strong skills in data analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management.
