Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However, in 2016, it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.We have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi.About The Role:As a Customer Insights Manager at Jeeny, you will be instrumental in gathering and analyzing consumer data and market research to unearth valuable insights into consumer preferences and behaviors. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your findings to drive data-driven decisions aimed at enhancing our products, refining marketing strategies, and elevating customer experiences. Your role will be pivotal in helping Jeeny understand its target audience, maintain competitiveness, and foster business growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop actionable strategies derived from customer insights.
  • Integrate the consumer perspective into marketing decision-making through comprehensive market analysis and research activities.
  • Oversee external agencies in the execution of research projects.
  • Identify optimal methodologies and supervise the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilize research data to proactively identify business opportunities and garner internal support for their implementation.
  • Communicate analysis and recommendations effectively through presentations and written reports.
  • Lead collaborative projects across functions that impact business KPIs.
  • Manage mystery shopping initiatives to glean insights into market and competitor behavior.
Requirements
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in data analytics, market research, business administration, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
  • Strong skills in data analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management.
