- We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager specializing in Welding Equipment to join our team. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for effectively leading and managing a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets within their designated area.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their individual sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to effectively penetrate the market and grow sales of welding equipment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers within the welding equipment industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated area, including expanding the customer base and securing new accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and developments in the welding equipment industry, ensuring a high level of product knowledge and expertise
- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager with a focus on welding equipment or a Gas industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and customers.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Knowledge of the welding equipment market and industry trends
- Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for business growth
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area to meet with clients and customers
- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role in the welding equipment industry
- In-depth knowledge of welding equipment and its applications
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Good understanding of financial and business principles
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficient in using sales management software and CRM systems

- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
