- Introducing customers to the menu and drinks list and answering their questions about them
- Attention to detail when taking customer orders
- Preparing drinks according to recipes
- Receive payments from customers
- Maintaining cleanliness of the workplace
- Always maintain a sufficient number of clean cups and plates
- Work in accordance with health and safety rules
- Communicating customers' opinions to management and giving recommendations for improving performance and renewing the menu
- Understanding coffee beans
- Manage the workspace and organize tasks
- Coffee extraction process and preparation
- Evaluating the quality of milk and the ideal steaming method
- Water quality and its effect on coffee
- General cleanliness of equipment and its impact on workflow
Requirements:
- Flexibility and ability to deal with customer pressure
- Skills in communicating with customers and solving their problems
