- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Risk Engineer or Risk Analyst in the Civil & Marine industry
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools
- Experience in developing and implementing risk management plans
- Proficiency in data analysis and risk modeling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Professional certifications in risk management (e.g., PMI-RMP, CRMP) are preferred
