Job Overview:LAWAZEM is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our company. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to help them achieve their goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research, prospecting, and networking.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet them.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience and maximize business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 Years of experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and drive results.
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
