- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research, prospecting, and networking.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet them.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience and maximize business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Minimum of 10 Years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and drive results.
- Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
