Develop and refine the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals and market trends.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and growth.
Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business objectives.
Cross-Functional Leadership:

Lead a team of engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to execute the product roadmap.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the product team.
Product Development:

Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
Drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality of releases.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on product features and user experience.
Product Performance and Optimization:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives.
Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Work closely with analytics and data science teams to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
Stakeholder Management:

Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
Act as a champion for the product internally and externally, representing the voice of the customer and advocating for their needs.
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather insights and feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven work experience in product management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software products.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Technical proficiency and understanding of software development processes; experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Strong customer focus and empathy, with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
