- Schedule sales appointments and activities
- Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales
- Promote lab services to new and existing clients
- Maintain positive business and client relationships to prolong customer lifetime value
- Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Stay on top of the Lab services trends to identify potential opportunities for new company growth
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Technical background, Chemical Engineer, or biology background.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the laboratory industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
