- Delivering highly quality innovate and illustrative built form graphics.
- Proficiency with emerging technologies in new media.
- Create compelling and effective illustrative plans, perspectives, graphics, designs, print, digital media, presentations etc.
- Strong communication skills to present design ideas to project team members and client.
- Producing cohesive designs that reflect the creative requirements of an urban design/master planning strategy or brief.
- Working autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Demonstrating a detail-oriented approach with illustrative material and all graphic packages.
- Design and production of presentation display boards, brochures, reports and marketing material.
- Manage the design and production of Arabic calligraphy for certificates, posters and conference over-sized signboards etc.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.
- Develop illustrative overlays and renders.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or in related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a graphic designer
- Master of Adobe Creative Suite and other industry standard graphic design software.
- 3D Visualization for projects and 3D Fly/Drive/Walk through animation for projects is an advantage.
- The ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English is required.
- Portfolio demonstrating creative design and software skills.
