Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned asset teams across the downstream portfolio
Monitor and manage or coordinate information requests, audits and site visits between GME and the assets
Collect, track and provide assurance asset data and performance metrics and collaborate with relevant teams (e.g., Maintenance) to proactively identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhancement
Identify and manage potential risks associated with assigned assets performance
Prepare presentations and reports to communicate GME programs/initiatives/strategies to assigned asset teams and senior leadership
Develop, maintain, and present comprehensive asset performance reports and presentations to GME leadership and direct management, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and recommendations
Support GME in identifying and implementing best practices across Saudi Aramco's downstream portfolio
Stay abreast of global and regional Oil & Gas industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact assigned assets' businesses
Evaluate Investment opportunities, Optimize asset performance , manage budgets and insure financial objective are aligned with overall business goals.Minimum RequirementsAs the successful candidate you will hold Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.You will have a minimum of ten years of asset management, portfolio management, or a related role within the downstream oil & gas industry You have experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing high-level stakeholder relationships
You will be able to demonstrate strong understanding of downstream oil & gas operations, including refining and petrochemicals
You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
You have experience working with data analysis tools and performance metrics, as well as presentation and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
