- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Cost Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of cost estimation, cost control, and project management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in cost estimation software and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
