- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports as needed

- Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback to make improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good Experience in Saudi Arabia market.
