The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, along with proven experience in conducting external audits for clients across various industries. As an External Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' financial statements are accurate, compliant with regulatory standards, and reflective of best practices.Responsibilities: * Conduct external audits for clients in diverse industries, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Examine financial statements, assess internal controls, and identify areas for improvement to enhance financial processes and controls.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with client personnel to gather necessary information and documentation for audits, maintaining strong professional relationships throughout the engagement.
- Provide support to senior auditors and managers in planning and executing audit engagements, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations and industry trends to ensure audit procedures remain up-to-date and in accordance with best practices.
- Minimum of 2 years of external audit experience, preferably with a reputable consulting or accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications to efficiently conduct audits and analyze data.
