System Engineer

• L2 level knowledge and working experience in one of the below mentioned technologies:

• Dell Storage (Unity, Isilon, VNX, etc).
• VMware Server Virtualization
• Microsoft Azure
• Redhat Linux
• Cisco Collaboration

• Experience working in a Datacenter Infrastructure monitoring team.
• Basic understanding of servers, storage, operating systems and virtualization
• Knowledge of using ITSM tools like servicenow.

• Work in 24/7 shifts as part of DCO team, providing L1 support for the Datacentre Infrastructure Environment.
• Attend helpdesk phone calls when in night shifts.
• Monitor datacentre infrastructure using tools like VeeamOne, ManageEngine and Nagios.
• Quickly learn from other team members and handle L1 level tasks related to VMware, Office 365, AD, Network, etc
• Create SOPs for L1 level tasks in the above mentioned domains.
