- Manage and develop client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Provide strategic direction and creative solutions for the projects
- Oversee the execution of client projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
- Develop project timelines, briefs, and budgets to ensure smooth project execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and production teams to develop and implement client projects
- Present and communicate creative concepts, strategies, and plans results to clients
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client business and revenue
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing and advertising agency environment
- Proven track record of managing and developing client relationships
- Strong understanding of branding, brand strategy, internal communication, and creative solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to develop strategic marketing and advertising campaigns that drive measurable results
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
