Onsite Location : Riyadh KSAJob Description:XAD Technologies is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our IT infrastructure, ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) services, and CCTV installation business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development within the technology sector, particularly in IT infrastructure and security solutions.Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand XAD Technologies' presence in the IT infrastructure, ELV services, and CCTV installation markets in KSA.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building with potential clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with technical teams at XAD Technologies to understand client requirements and tailor solutions that meet their needs effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for XAD Technologies while meeting the needs of the clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams within XAD Technologies, including sales, marketing, operations, and technical departments, to achieve business objectives.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by XAD Technologies' management.
  • Represent XAD Technologies at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and expand our network.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management at XAD Technologies on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the IT infrastructure, ELV services, or security industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, ELV systems, and CCTV installation processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Familiarity with the business landscape and regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English. Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within KSA and occasionally internationally as required.
