Jawraa, a leading Saudi Digital Transformation company, is seeking an experienced IT Application & Tools Architect for our client's Public Investment Fund (PIF) 64 Billion SAR Culture and Tourism Destination Giga-Project in Riyadh.Position Overview: As the IT Application & Tools Architect, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing scalable and efficient software solutions to meet the organization's business objectives. You will analyze current system architecture, understand business requirements, and develop strategic plans for application development and integration. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:1. System Analysis, Tool Selection, and Evaluation:

Conduct in-depth analysis of existing IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
Assess enterprise architecture needs and objectives.
Research, evaluate, and recommend tools and technologies aligned with architecture requirements.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies for tool adoption.

2. Solution and Tools Design:

Design scalable and high-performance software solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
Create detailed technical specifications and documentation.
Customize and configure tools to meet specific architectural requirements and integration needs.

3. Technology Stack Selection:

Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.

4. Tool Management and Administration:

Establish governance processes for tool usage, including access control and data management.
Monitor tool performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
Manage licenses and subscriptions.
Provide training and support on tool usage and best practices.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.

6. Standards and Best Practices:

Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Conduct regular code reviews and provide guidance.

7. Integration and Interoperability:

Design strategies for seamless integration between systems.
Ensure applications are interoperable with external systems and services.

8. Security and Compliance:

Implement security measures and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

9. Performance Optimization:

Identify and address performance bottlenecks for improved efficiency.

RequirementsQualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
+8 years of experience as an Application Architect or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and methodologies.
Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Expertise in programming languages, frameworks, and databases.

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms is a plus
