- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical problems
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and software upgrades
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution
- Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 7)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Experience with Active Directory and user account management
- Ability to install, configure, and maintain desktop applications
- Familiarity with network protocols and basic network troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required
