- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Document nursing interventions, patient responses, and progress notes.
- Advocate for patients' rights and ensure their voices are heard in the healthcare decision-making process.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote holistic patient care.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
- Comply with regulatory requirements and nursing standards.
- Respond efficiently to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
- Participate in disaster preparedness and response activities.
- Stay informed about advancements in nursing practices and healthcare technologies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.Qualifications and Experiences:
- Current and valid nursing license.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Nursing).
- CPR and other relevant certifications.
- Minimum one year experience after license
- Experience in a hospital-based set-up with at least a 100-bed capacity
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
- Previous experience in a clinical nursing role is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
