- Accountable for briefing the team on the project scope to ensure roles and responsibilities are understood
- Prepares for final approval tender negotiations
- Prepares and administers routine correspondence
- Prepares, organizes and maintains contract records to ensure contract compliance
- Attends Project meetings to ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Supports the project team and provides advise/support regarding the requirements of the contract and clarifies contractual queries.
- Prepares, process and negotiates change orders with clients and contractors
- Ensures that all contractual deliverables are in place and create relevant logs Administration, review and settlement of claims, resolution of disputes and contract change negotiations
- Ensures all warranties, bonds, insurances, guarantees, etc. are in place and maintained and updated in accordance with the Contract Minimum
- 10 years + Commercial Management experience on high-rise/tall towers or complex buildings projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or construction related discipline, Quantity Surveying, Law or business related field. Professional Membership such as RICS, and training in contract, construction, and commercial law are preferred.
