- Identify and Develop relationships with OEM & Trade partners and system integrators, key clients, consultants, operators, regulatory bodies, contractors.
- Demand Generation activities with top key accounts. Positioning Honeywell products through specification's influence, marketing & technical seminars. Drive specification work with leading OEM & Trade consultants.
- Building and evolving channels: system integrators\partners as well working across other teams within Honeywell to grow the business.
- Continuously optimize channels through routine evaluation with stakeholders. Ability to identify, engage in business opportunities at early stage.
- Assists System Integrators & OEM / Trade partners within assigned region in developing, recommending, and implementing plans for selling Honeywell Controls products and BMS system.
- Support sales team while closing the projects with contractors. Map and manage the multi facility key accounts of consultants, clients, and developers.
- Liaise with the technical team from time to time to ensure smooth project / account management. Lead the Project Bidding Team including monitoring system integrator ensuring that timely, compelling offers are provided for project Opportunities.
- Monitor external environment and identify opportunities to fulfill the corporate strategy and meet changing market conditions.
- Develop and Conduct Monthly reviews with partners\management in assigned territory for AOP traceability and CRM alignment (salesforce opportunities) with accurate updates.
- Communicate corporate direction and focus SI's selling efforts to align with corporate initiatives and goals. Develop and implement a regional specific business plan for each fiscal year to ensure profitable growth. Increase share of wallet for BMS business at selected strategic operator accounts.
- Conduct quarterly sales forecasts vs. plan analysis and adjusts sales activity and account priority accordingly.
- Monitor external environment to provide continued feedback on market trends, competitive environment, and new opportunities.
- Coordinate and engage with regional operations team to guarantee smooth execution including revenue recognition and following up Receivables.
- Issue effective and timely reporting towards management.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/mechatronics or Electrical engineering.
- 5-8 years of HVAC controls knowledge, minimum of 2-3 years in ELV\BMS trade business.
- Experience in a Sales/Account Management in related field in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication\soft skills.
- Proven record on reviewing and validating technical submittals.
- Good acquaintance with OEM & Trade accounts and buying behaviors is preferable.
- Excellent English language, Arabic will be an added advantage.
