Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced EPC Contracts Manager to oversee contractual matters for a remote project based in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of contracts administration, including negotiation, drafting, and implementation, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and mitigating risks associated with contracts.Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of contracts from negotiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop and implement contract management strategies.
Provide guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters, including change management and claims resolution.
Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to negotiate and finalize contract terms.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to contracts and procurement activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree commercial management, engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in contracts management within the EPC industry, preferably working internationally.
In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts, procurement processes, and commercial terms and conditions.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote project environment.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
