Job Reference No: 3257Job PurposeWork with maintenance team to perform all maintenance department related activities on daily basis.Perform overall electrical and mechanical maintenance in bending and laser machines, forklifts, stacker, electrical industrial building maintenance and AC maintenance.Job ContextBe part of Industrial maintenance team, accountable for electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance in Assembly, Fabrication and Warehouse for LSA Operations.Job DimensionsFull accountability for Industrial Maintenance in LSA Operations facilities.Perform all industrial maintenance activities in offices, assembly, fabrication, and warehouse areas.Key AccountabilitiesThis position is responsible to:
- Machinery, Equipment & Utilities Repairs and Maintenance (Laser, Bending Machine, Robot Welding, Stud Welding Machines, CNC Machines, and Powder Painting Line).
- Utility Maintenance – Compressor, Electric Stackers, and Forklifts.
- Projects – Continuous improvements, Modifications.
- Attend breakdown calls and periodic maintenance, (Predictive, Corrective and Preventive Maintenance).
- Be part of Total Productive Maintenance Team and act as a player to reduce breakdown down times.
- Be a team player of the KPI Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) where is related to “Machine Availability”.
- Maintain all job reports and service records up to date.
- Be a team player in down time reductions for all machines.
- Follow all Health, Environment and Safety rules policies and procedures related to maintenance.
- Meet the departmental KPI’s.
- Technical degree in electrical, mechanical or electronics.
- Good knowledge in pneumatics and hydraulics systems.
- Experience in industrial machinery maintenance as laser, bending, preference Trumpf machines.
- Communication skill to handle the maintenance related issues regularly.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Understanding the impact of machinery down time and measure and act on Overall Equipment effectiveness (Performance rate, Availability rate and Quality rates) as KPI.
- 5-7 years’ experience in maintenance department.
- Preferably in sheet metal manufacturing industry.
- Good exposure to industrial maintenance in Gulf region.
- Good Communication skills – written and verbal.
- Results-oriented way of working.
- Work independently with minimum supervision.
- Understanding of the environment and situational awareness.
- High Integrity.
