Design and analyze offshore structures, including platforms, rigs, and subsea systems
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop cost-effective and innovative engineering solutions
Perform structural calculations, simulations, and finite element analysis
Prepare technical reports, specifications, and drawings
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and provide on-site support
Stay updated with latest industry trends and technologies related to offshore structural engineering

Requirements

University graduate with B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering. Masters degree in Ocean Engineering / Structural Engineering shall be considered an added qualification.
Minimum of 6 years experience in Offshore Oil and Gas Field
Must have experience in detailed and construction engineering for various types of offshore structures such as jackets, topsides, bridges, LQ modules etc.
Good command of written and spoken English
Good command using general computer software such as M. S. Office, MathCad etc.
Proficiency in using offshore structural software such as SACS, GRLWEAP etc.
Must be well versed with Offshore industry related guidelines, codes and regulations such as API-RP-2A, API-RP-2L, AISC, CAP-437, ICAO Annex –14, DNV rules, offshore material specifications as per BS, ASTM & Euro etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
