- Providing strategic input and advice to the Programme Director in the delivery of the contract
- Having communication skills and strategic thinking.
- Ability to prepare and formulate strategic and operational plans
- Ability to analyze data, and display results.
- Preparing strategic and operational plans for the contract in the light of the strategic objectives of the client and working towards implementation thereof and verifying its indicators.
- Providing assistance in supervising the various outsourced consultants and O&M contractors and providing the information necessary to facilitate performance measurement.
- Providing assistance in linking current projects and initiatives with strategic objectives and key performance indicators.
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Preparation of all required strategic plans to fulfil the required deliverables of the contract and in support of the Programme Director and wider Serco team
- Gather and analyze data relevant to the client in order to create detailed strategy reports.
- Create short, medium and long-term strategies that support the client's growth and mission.
- Develop a comprehensive working plan to guide execution of strategy.
- Evaluate existing strategies and develop actionable plans for improvement.
- Monitor progress of implemented strategies and suggest revisions and adjustments.
- Developing strategies, plans, policy guides, procedures and all models necessary for the work system in Facilities Department and its affiliated departments in accordance with the outcomes of the Client's development program and align with the National Guide for Asset and Facilities Management and working to activate it.
- Providing strategic and tactical services and plans for facilities management works.
- Developing a short-term (tactical) maintenance strategy, a replacement plan for the Client's facilities, and a long-term facilities maintenance strategy for the Client's facilities.
- Developing a facilities maintenance strategy and reviewing it periodically based on the priorities of the Client, the performance of facilities management services, and the requirements of the end user.
- In-depth knowledge of strategic planning methods, concepts, and tools.

- Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret and analyze large volumes of data in a concise and accurate manner.
- In-depth knowledge of strategic reports, concept/strategic/operational models, and industry standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field is mandatory
- Holder of a PMP certificate is mandatory
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Ability to liaise in a professional manner with staff at all levels in the organisation and with external parties.
- Ability to develop self and contribute to the development of others across the Team.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and strategical skills.
- Practical and previous experience in KSA
- Previous experience in Public Sectors
- 10 years' experience in relevant field is a minimum requirement
