- Coordinate and facilitate handover process for new or renovated facilities
- Develop and maintain detailed handover plans and schedules
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Conduct thorough inspections and quality assessments
- Compile comprehensive handover documentation
- Coordinate training sessions for facility management staff
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Facilitate resolution of outstanding issues and punch list items
- Provide guidance and support to facility management teams
- Ensure effective communication between all parties involved
- Monitor and evaluate post-handover performance
- Collaborate on strategies for operational efficiency and sustainability
- Participate in meetings with external stakeholders
- Minimum a bachelor's degree in relevant field is mandatory
- Practical and previous experience in KSA
- Previous experience in Public Sectors
- 10 years' experience in relevant field is a minimum requirement
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, processes, and tools
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to interpret and analyze large volumes of data
- In-depth knowledge of strategic reports, models, and industry standards
- Understanding of data management principles within CRM systems
- Understanding of facility management principles and maintenance practices
- Ability to conduct thorough inspections and quality assessments
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Ability to liaise in a professional manner with staff at all levels in the organisation and with external parties.
- Ability to develop self and contribute to the development of others across the Team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and strategical skills.
