BIM Operator

• Expertise in CAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) generally attained through studies resulting in an at least an associate degree.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in CAD design, drafting, printing, etc., preferably in a life science and/or regulated environment.
• Proficiency in Autodesk suite of products, AutoCad, Revit, Navisworks, Vault, BIM360, ACC, etc.
• Experience with GxP and strong document management skills, including an understanding of change control and drawing and documentation life cycle.
• Demonstrated proficiency communicating and collaborating at a variety of levels with customers, vendors, equipment suppliers and operations staff.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Proven success working well in a team environment with flexibility to react to changing business needs.
• Ability to self-govern, make informed decisions, facilitate conflict resolution both internally and externally to develop relationships and build trust.
• The candidate should also demonstrate core BMS behaviors, especially Accountability and Urgency.
