Principal Solution Architect

• Lead the design and architecture of advanced SaaS solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and industry standards.
• Provide expert guidance in the selection and implementation of programming languages, frameworks, and tools for software development.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for their application in our SaaS offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate complex systems and create comprehensive, robust, and scalable architectures.
• Establish best practices for software development and architecture within the organization.
• Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Conduct technical assessments, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses for various architectural strategies.
• Oversee the technical aspects of project lifecycle, from conception through deployment, including performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• Lead the creation of technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and design specifications.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in software development and architecture, with a strong focus on SaaS platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in multiple high-level programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, C++).
• Deep understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless, event-driven) and their applications in SaaS environments.
• Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including designing and implementing cloud-native solutions.
• Proficiency in designing APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions based on a mix of analysis, experience, and judgment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and leading technical teams.

• Certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
• Experience in leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Contributions to open-source projects or public speaking engagements in relevant tech forums.
