We have an excellent opportunity for a western qualified and experienced Manager - CSSD to join our client in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.The hospital complex is the most modern medical institution among the Armed Forces Medical Service Hospitals with 350 bed capacity and serves military beneficiaries, their dependents, hospital employees and other beneficiaries in the Eastern Province. The hospital has 2,973 employees and it is a tertiary care hospital provides the full continuum of health services.About the department:General Operating Room 7 Elective
1 Emergency
2 Cardiac Operating Rooms
Work hours: 48 hours per weekBenefits Include:Worksite: Eastern Region - Dhahran, Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaTransportation facility will be provided to the worker / employer from residence to workplace / vice versa.35 days annual leave - Nursing SpecialistPaid leaves (Annual / Medical Etc.) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Master's degree in CSSD, or related field
Valid professional license as a Nurse in the country of origin
Preferably with Nursing Specialist registration with Saudi Council or higher.
Three (3) years experience as a Manager/ Assistant Manager of a Nursing Unit or CSSD of a large acute care hospital.
Three (3) years experience of dealing with supplies/ equipment at a management level.
