- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for production.
- Source and select fabrics, trims, and embellishments.
- Work closely with pattern makers and sample makers to ensure accurate production.
- Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper fit and quality.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target markets.
- Present design concepts and collections to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated on emerging fashion trends and industry innovations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Proven work experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in a high-end fashion brand.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative designs.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent knowledge of garment construction, fit, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to create detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends and market demands.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
