- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or another equivalent technical degree.
- Certified industrial job tasks evaluator with Min 10 years' experience in the technical area of the Utility Plants supplying Refining, Oil & Gas industries, and residential areas.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 20 years' experience without a bachelor's degree. Experience in Utility Plants consisting of Power & Gas Distribution, Power Generation & Transmission, Water Production & Treatment, and Network Operation.
- Experience and knowledge in handling and operating plant startup and shutdown procedures.
