• Take a leadership role in project planning and development within the Sustainability and Strategic Planning department.
• Effectively structure and manage projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals

• Lead departmental meetings to stay informed and actively contribute to strategic discussions.
• Foster effective communication with other departments, facilitating the alignment of goals and plans.

• Oversee the gathering of surveys and feedback related to sustainability practices and Strategic Planning KPIs.

• Spearhead the management of various events related to sustainability and Strategic Planning, including awareness and social activities.

• Ensure strict adherence to guidelines for the implementation of sustainable practices on campus.

• Take a leadership role in managing relationships with stakeholders involved in sustainability initiatives.

• Lead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance for reference and analysis.

• Take a lead role in bridging the gap between faculty and fostering understanding of sustainability concepts.

• Oversee the measurement of project performance, employing appropriate methods, systems, and tools.

• Lead the editing and reporting of data to various regional/global organizations.
• Direct the preparation of reports summarizing sustainability and Strategic Planning activities.

• Take the lead in establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties involved in sustainability efforts.

• Direct and conduct regular audits to validate data sources, ensuring consistency and reliability.

• Masters degree in related field With min of 5-years experience
• Preference shall be given to candidate holding past experience in Sustainability Knowledge - demonstrate advanced understanding and expertise in sustainability principles and sustainable development goals.
