- Manage, maintain, support, and grow relationships with all existing dealers and direct customers as per Regional Head Office strategy
- Implement Retail and Professional regional strategies directed by the Regional Head Office to increase sales and market share through our dealer channels
- Support Dealer sales activities by continuously training, motivating, and monitoring their performance and recommending areas of improvement
- Introduce and manage the Dealer Development Program and Dealer KPIs
- Forecast and manage annual business operating plans to achieve company targets
- Negotiate prices, and finalize contract agreements for existing/ new potential customers/dealers in coordination with the Regional Head Office
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare management reports, competitive market analyses, and dealer performance reviews
- Execute strategic selling activities & SWOT analysis for key accounts and dealers
- Assess dealer market potential in terms of new and existing store locations/ sales channels
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the Head of Sales Regional - Professional/Retail
- Prospect and conduct regular customer field visits to enhance the market coverage according to the market development strategy set by the Regional Head Office
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers/ dealers through appropriate value propositions
- Build and develop long-term relationships and network with senior personnel within key customer accounts
- Analyze competitors pricing regularly to benchmark our product positioning in the market
- Collaborate with internal teams in the Regional Head Office such as Marketing, Logistics, Service, Retail, Professional, and Product management to ensure alignment of strategies and activities with dealers
- Provide support and training to dealers to ensure optimal product knowledge and sales performance
- Follow up with major special projects for Direct sales (Auto Car Wash)
- Participate in industry or promotional events (conferences, trade fairs, and networking events) to promote the company and its products
- Ensure the regular usage and update of CRM
- Ensure collection of receivables from customers/dealers
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing from an accredited university
- 5+ years experience of successful industrial sales experience in the region, preferably in the cleaning machinery industry
- Very strong communication and negotiation skills, a high degree of commercial awareness, with business acumen
- High degree of initiative, ability to work independently and interact with senior executives including board management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful dealer relationships
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in English, Arabic is a plus
- Willingness to travel within KSA and internationally
