Job RequirementsJob Summary:The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for managing warranty claims, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with warranty guidelines and procedures.Job Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a Warranty Administrator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of warranty policies, procedures, and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing warranty claims
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using warranty management software or tools
- Customer-focused mindset and a problem-solving attitude
