- Government Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with immigration authorities, government agencies, and other relevant bodies to facilitate smooth visa processing and ensure compliance with immigration policies.
- Policy Compliance: Stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and policies in Saudi Arabia. Interpret and implement these policies within the organization to ensure adherence and compliance in all visa-related matters.
- Visa Processing: Coordinate and oversee the visa application process for employees, including work visas, residency permits, and other necessary documentation. Ensure that all visa applications are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
- Documentation Management: Manage and maintain comprehensive records of employee visa documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness to meet regulatory requirements.
- Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact and provide guidance to employees on visa-related queries and procedures. Address any concerns or issues related to immigration processes promptly and effectively.
- Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure that visa processes and procedures align with government regulations and internal policies.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, immigration officers, and embassy personnel, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Reporting:Prepare and submit reports on visa processing activities, compliance status, and any relevant updates or changes in immigration laws or policies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Administration, International Relations, Law, or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in government relations, particularly in immigration-related matters, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region.
- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Arabic and English.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and software for documentation and reporting purposes.
